Manufacturing is customer order driven, via Senator’s own Production Planning System, written and managed in-house by the IT department.

The system organises material, stocks and components, machine loading, work and manpower scheduling, product and packaging labels, order documentation and invoicing and programme deliveries.

The Production Planning System provides complete control and reliability for orders of all sizes, whilst allowing sufficient flexibility to accommodate special or urgent demands.
